Ascension...
With Mystra gone, what would it take for Aramis to ascend and become the new God of Magic?? With all the good he's been a part of, and having the connection to other Tyr, Moradin, and Berranor, would it be possible for them to "sponsor" him? There are few if any mortals with Aramis' intellect...Just throwing it out there

Aramis has a history of glorious victories with THOT. He is unmatched in intellect and innovation. His confidence and steadfastness in battle is the song of bards. All this and more makes Aramisis a major part of what has made THOT a great force to protect the Realms. Now, what do the Gods think? We can say that Tyr, Moradan are allies. We can mention that Gods have fallen by The Hand of Tyr. Can Aramis get the attention of the Gods to ask this? Will there be a council? What will it take? Where will this desire take Aramis while he is mortal? BTW - This is an AWESOME idea! Thanks Geoff! Now, lets play it out. What will Aramis do - say? Where will he go? What will he give?
ReplyDeleteI think Aramis has been a little nervous lately bc he saw what happened to Szass Tam. Aramis has no desire to follow an evil path, so where does that take him? Maybe this is why becoming a good god has crossed his mind. The histories show that adventurers have ascended (Cyric,Midnight, Gridlock Sr), so why not him?
